We KNOW real estate. We also have the TECHNOLOGY with a cloud based secure system which receives and provides data in real time.
WHO WE ARE
Justin is the Owner and CEO of Sanctuary Title. Prior to Sanctuary Title he worked for a large multi-site residential & commercial title company handling 30-40 closings per month, creatively resolving challenges and bringing files to close. Before that Justin worked as a Director of Business Development for a 15 million+SF office REIT. He holds his JD from the University of Maryland School of Law and his MBA from the University of Baltimore School of Business.
Drew is the Vice President of Business Development for Sanctuary Title. Drew has a multitude of years of experience in the title industry and has a deep understanding not just in sales and customer experience aspects, but he also has the legal acumen to solve complex issues as they arise. He holds his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Richard is a Paralegal and Marketing Agent for Sanctuary Title. Richard has a long history in the mortgage and real estate industry and is currently studying to obtain his law degree at the University of Baltimore.
Mary is our Post-Closer for Sanctuary Title, handling issues related to after the settlement has occurred which often including lender-interfacing, client documentation and an array of assistance to present and former clients.
